Whilst we are excited about re-opening our number one focus is the safety of both our customers and our team. We want you to be relaxed and enjoy our service with confidence.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE?

  • We have a queuing system in place with appropriate social distancing measures.
  • Upon your arrival you will be greeted in the door. We will manage the entry and the number of customers in the café. The venue has been set up for the appropriate number of guest and social distancing.
  • Your first name and phone number is required to support the governments tracing efforts in case of an outbreak. Your details are confidential and will be kept for 28 days only.
  • Within the premises we have minimised social contact: contactless payment option, removing self-service options, using shields and appropriate signs to guide you.
  • We have implemented enhanced hygiene and cleaning procedures, including sanitising all contact surfaces throughout the day.
  • As always, our team follows strict hygiene and food safety procedures.
  • If you would prefer to enjoy our food in the comfort of your own home we have set up a takeaway service for you with minimal contact, using phone orders and pick up points.

  • Please adhere to social distancing guidelines. If you are accompanied by children you are responsible for supervising them at all times.
  • Remember to follow government guidance on social gatherings and stay with your own support bubble.
  • Maximum table stay is 1 ½ hours.
  • If you come to the cafe to order or collect takeaway please wear face covering.
